Raygan Kirk | PWHL

Raygan Kirk was the final pick, 42nd overall in the 2024 PWHL Draft. She immediately stepped into the Toronto Sceptres lineup and made an impact as a rookie netminder.

Prior to college, Kirk starred for Canada’s U-18 World Championships winning gold at the 2019 tournament where she was named Tournament MVP. The following season, Kirk joined Robert Morris University where she immediately took over the starting role with the Colonials. Robert Morris however, took a hiatus from women’s hockey forcing Kirk to transfer to Ohio State University. The Buckeyes won a national championship in Kirk’s first season, although she played a limited role. Two seasons later however, Kirk was Ohio State’s starting goalie when the Buckeyes won yet another national title. Kirk recorded a 1-0 shutout in the national championship game over Wisconsin.

After being selected in the 7th round, 42nd overall by the Toronto Sceptres, Kirk made her PWHL debut December 18 in relief. Later that month, Kirk recorded her first PWHL win December 27, 2024 against Boston.
