Allie Munroe is a Yarmouth, Nova Scotia product, who is a member of the Toronto Sceptres. Munroe, a defender, was the 50th overall pick in the inaugural 2023 PWHL Draft.
Munroe spent four seasons playing NCAA D1 hockey at Syracuse University. As a senior, Munroe scored a career-high 27 points in 38 games while captaining the Orange. Following college, Munroe spent two seasons in Sweden playing for Djurgardens IF in the SDHL.
In 2021-22, Munroe returned to North America signing with the PHF’s Connecticut Whale. During Munroe’s second season with the Whale, she led the PHF in assists by a defender.
