Stephanie Markowski | PWHL

Stephanie Markowski is a professional women’s hockey player who is currently a member of the PWHL’s Ottawa Charge. The Edmonton, Alberta defender was selected in the fourth round, 20th overall by the Charge in the 2024 PWHL Draft.

Prior to her collegiate career, Markowski twice represented Team Alberta at the Canadian U-18 national women’s hockey championships. She also won gold at the 2018 U-18 World Championships as a member of Team Canada.

Collegiately, Markowski spent the first four seasons of her NCAA women’s hockey career with Clarkson University. After her senior season, Markowski transferred to play for the Ohio State Buckeyes. She helped Ohio State win a national title in 2024.

Stephanie Markowski made the Ottawa Charge out of training camp as a rookie.
