Jaime Bourbonnais | PWHL

Jaime Bourbonnais is a professional women’s hockey player from Mississauga, Ontario. Bourbonnais, selected in the 2023 PWHL Draft, is currently a member of the New York Sirens.

The right shot defender first represented Team Canada at the 2016 U-18 World Championships winning silver.

At the NCAA level Bourbonnais spent four seasons with Cornell. She was back-to-back ECAC Defender of the Year in 2019 and 2020. During those seasons Bourbonnais was also an All-American. She totalled 110 points in 127 games from the blueline.

Internationally, Bourbonnais won four World Championship medals, including gold in 2021 and 2024 as a member of Team Canada.

After her NCAA career, Bourbonnais turned professional with the PWHPA. In 2022-2023, Bourbonnais represented Team Scotiabank on the Dream Gap Tour. In the inaugural 2023 PWHL Draft, the New York Sirens chose Bourbonnais 9th overall. After the draft, Bourbonnais signed a three-year deal with New York.
